My overall experience with the product was great. The design was outstanding. The quality of the printing and the card stock used along with the metallic added to the elegance of this invitation. When you really want to make an impression use this card.
My suggestion would be to make the customization easier to use. Several times I clicked the "SAVE" button only to find the card had not been saved and I had to start all over again. Saving the item to your own portfolio so you could work on it later would be a great improvement. Most people only put their items in the shopping cart when they are ready to buy. Putting the item in the shopping cart allowed you to go back and edit which I finally figured out with the second card I just customized and ordered. Again I had lost the work I had done when I clicked the "SAVE" button and had to start over. At the very least put a note on the website that you must put the item in the shopping cart in order to save it so you can work on it at a later time. The printing of the card was of very high quality. The colors were as I expected and the black was a rich deep black almost velvety looking. The finished card was perfect. I definitely would use Zazzle again and would recommend them to everyone. I am expecting the same high quality printing with the second card I just ordered. I'll let you know as soon as I receive the note cards.
