The cup is perfect, except be careful when ordering. I had my order all done but I backed up and didn't realize that the name had changed back to the display name. so when I received my cup it had "Mrs. Sechrist" on it (display name). I was very disappointed when I received the cup, but it was not the fault of Zazzle, I made the mistake. So the $20 cup ended up in the trash. but again, its a very good product. Printing was just as you see.
