The poster was fabulous. The delivery process was not. I ordered early and paid extra for shipping and handling to get the poster to me a week earlier so I can frame it. I did not receive it on time. Had to cancel and place a new order for over double the shipping cost I initially paid. If this was my business I would have been personally making sure that all deliveries in which the customer paid extra for shipping were getting their on time or I would be personally notifying them with alternative options, and would not have allowed Zazzle to charge me double. No one remembers if it is a USPS delivery issue. People do remember when a business used/relied on USPS in the first place, resulting in a late package and higher shipping costs. .

The poster was fabulous. However, the delivery was terrible. I spent an extra ~$16.00 to have this shipped to me by 4/16 so I could get the poster framed for a party. By 4/20 the poster had not arrived. So I had to spend an extreme amount of time on chat with Zazzle to get a credit of $10.00 towards shipping to get the poster in 2 days. So I ended up paying double for shipping an minus the $10.00 credit, an additional $9.75 that I felt should have been refunded. What company uses USPS to get anything to someone quickly! Had no time to get it framed before the party. Very disappointed that the seller would not take this more serious, reach out to the buyer with additional options, demand that Zazzle not use unreliable shipping services for time-based (the retirement date was part of the personalization so no surprise I needed it ASAP) orders, and make this right by requesting that my full additional shipping charge (the $9.75) be refunded. If this was my business I would take this very serious as it would be MY name at stake. .

I got a large and its tall and wide to the point i could not find anything to attach it too at my local art n craft store. Should of got a medium, its to big for an easel. Beautiful, Worth the money.
