Retro Movie Theater Kid's Apron

Retro Movie Theater Kid's Apron

The stars are out in full force on this Retro Movie Theater Kid's Apron--both the stars in the night sky and the stars on the silver screen. This 1960's style, minimalist art design features the exterior of a classic movie house from the Golden Age of Cinema. The red building has a brilliantly lit marquee, which says, "NOW SHOWING," in red letters. Beneath the marquee, a theater employee is ready for a crowd of movie going film buffs, who are sure to be lining up in droves. The silhouette of the clean cut, theater worker is just visible through the aqua glass of the box office ticket booth. Not a kernel of popcorn can be found on the spotless grey sidewalk. Grey double doors flank the ticket booth. The front of the building displays black and white movie posters surrounded by dramatically lit frames. One poster shows star crossed lovers in a dramatic scene and the other shows a swimsuit clad starlet whose career is as bright as the sun she worships. This product is from the brilliant minds at Zazzle's StrangeLittleOnion, who have brought you such cult classics as Retro Pool Party, Film Noir Martini and Retro Space Age Cartoon Couple. Critics agree; if you can only purchase one design this season, make it this one (or any of the other spectacular StrangeLittleOnion designs)!

This apron is made with a durable fabric! My grandson LOVES it! The shape provides great coverage to protect clothes from paint spatters, etc. The print quality is excellent! The detailed lines of the dragon drawings are printed in a crisp, clean manner.

It is a good size for a child’s apron, it’s not too small and fits my 8 year old granddaughter perfectly. She was thrilled to see her name on the apron. The material is thick, excellent quality. The screen print of the cupcake is large and so is the child’s name. It takes up most of the upper half of the apron so it looks very nice. I haven’t washed it but the thick material will probably wash well.

I had already given the father an apron with Master Chef on it for last Christmas. Since then, his young son has started to bake, inspired by Master Chef TV show. So, I sent this apron, with his name and "The Real Master Chef" on it, and he really enjoyed it. Very easy to customize, fast shipping, excellent return policy - what's not to like? I probably should have selected a darker color, but that was my choice, not Zazzle's. For the light color, it turned out surprisingly well.
