I sent you a reply. “ I received my labels, and unfortunately they are completely unreadable due to the font size being far too small. There is no realistic way these can be used as printed. This issue should have been caught before production and either corrected automatically or communicated to me beforehand so adjustments could be made. Since your company advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I would like to know what steps need to be taken to have this corrected and replaced with readable labels. Please let me know how we can resolve this as quickly as possible” I am following up regarding the credit that was promised for my order. I was previously informed that I would receive a credit within 5 days and that I would not need to return the labels. However, it has now been since May 16, and I have yet to receive the credit or any update regarding its status. At this point, I would appreciate an explanation as to why the credit has not been processed and when I can expect it to appear. The labels I received were unusable due to the print size being far too small, and I have been patiently waiting for the resolution that was promised. Please provide an update on the status of my credit as soon as possible. Thank you,
