i ordered an 11x14 semi-gloss poster and was very pleased with the result. there is a sheen to the print. the paper quality is great. note: the frame shown in my review pics was my own frame, not the one offered through zazzle. the black did not print as a deep black for the semi-gloss. not a problem for me and it was as expected because i researched the different results you get with the different paper choices.
