This lovely bird, Sunday, came to us as a chick, hatched in a Sunday School program. Due to zoning restrictions, she could not stay at home with her loving family, so she came to us at The Barnyard Sanctuary. Originally called just "Sunday", she became rapidly known as Queen Sunday due to her bossy personality. When she was about 5 months old.....she crowed and instantly became King Sunday. He is now happily 'dating' all the girls and having a great time! The Barnyard Sanctuary currently is home to over 100 roosters.
