Rorke's Drift Commemorative Coffee Mug
Commemorating the epic defense of the mission station of Rorke's Drift, Natal Colony during the Anglo-Zulu War of 1879. On 22-23 January 1879 something less that 200 British regulars and local volunteers successfully defended the station against the determined assault by at least 4000 Zulu warriors. In the wake of the battle eleven of the defenders would be awarded the Victoria Cross.
