Roseate Spoonbill (Platalea ajaja) Plate 321 from The Birds of America by John James Audubon.
This image was scanned at very high resolution directly from the original book, The Birds of America by naturalist and painter John James Audubon (published in sections between 1827 and 1838 as a series). It has then been edited, cropped, sharpened and enhanced as needed for large scale format and use. While some of the original flaws form the old print will remain, this is one of the best versions of this artworks available. All 435 hand colored life-size watercolors in the original portfolio, reproduced from hand-engraved plates, are available. If you cannot find the image or plate you want please contact me through this store (Zephyrus Books) and I will be sure to get it posted for you.

The Roseate Spoonbill from Audubon's Birds of America card I selected is beautiful. Their were other cards with the same design but this one appeared the best online and it did not disappoint. On the back of the card is the entire image including the outline to show you how it appeared in the book. I'm very happy with this card. Thank You. The print quality is very good. The card folding was slightly off, but overall I'm very pleased.

I was searching high and low for an invitation that went with a fire theme (account my mom wants 70 real live burning candles on the cake) surprise birthday party. I found these and couldn’t buy them quick enough! They far exceeded my expectations! One word of caution is that they default to matte so if you want glossy finish you have to manually select it. I only changed where the 2 clip art pics were located to make space for the text. I even used the default font for the design. Comes with nice white envelopes that don’t need the upgrade. The feedback from the invitees has been amazing. Thanks Cathy for an amazing product!! *please note I redacted sensitive information on the pictures with black mark out. .
