About This Design

Rosie the Riveter Gift Mug

Rosie the Riveter Gift Mug

Lacking motivation? In need of a little girl power? Try this retro look Rosie the Riveter mug for size. The design on the mug features the iconic Rosie the Riveter, star of a vintage American WW2 poster, flexing her mighty muscles saying "We Can Do It!" to her sister Americans, as she urges them to work in factories to help the war effort. The famous poster by artist J Howard Miller shows Rosie dressed in her trademark blue overalls and red and white polkadot Forties' headscarf. There are two Rosies for the price of one on the mug - one with a solid blue background, the other with a blue gradient.

It is a lovely mug. The actual mug is shiny and smooth. Very nice quality. It was everything I expected. Zazzle has so many nice mid century modern designs to choose from. All so pretty! The design was very clear and looked expensive.

This product caught my eye as the perfect gift that acknowledges the lifelong nurturing of mothers. All cups were individually and securely bubble wrapped for easy reshipping. (nice touch) Printing is a bit small for me to read but I look forward to blessing my daughters and others with this message of their sacrificial love. Thanks much. Printing was a challengingly small for me to read.
