Rossetti "Love" Victorian Poetry Art Tea Towel
Kitchen/Tea Towel: "A Birthday" (Christina Rossetti), vintage art and historical poetry with a modern twist. A medieval couple share their love and joy in this lovely Victorian illustration of 1846 by Daniel Maclise and F. P. Becker. The original black-and-white engraving is in the public domain, and I've remixed it with a modern twist by digitally hand-colouring it. To complement the enchanting imagery, I've incorporated the beautiful 1857 love poem A Birthday by Christina Rossetti. This pretty tea towel is perfect for the kitchen of a 21st-century lover of 19th-century art and poetry.
