Wish I'd thought to take a pic before wrapping it up & taking this anonymous gift into her work place. Came out great! My first attempt the letter color was a bit to pale for the dark background. ZAZZLE customer service was awesome! I was able to make a couple changes to make it perfect!

The design is gorgeous and I love the ability to customize the colors of the mug. I chose the two-tone mug with maroon to complement the design of the flowers and love how it turned out. I only wish I had made the handle colored too (the "combo" mug). Perfect gift for any occasion! The colors of the mug were gorgeous and the print was a decent quality. There was a little speck of gold that didn't print in big block letter of the name but I don't mind. I bought the item on sale (<$10) and for the price I paid I thought the quality was reasonable.
