I ordered 2 personalized trays. One was perfect, the second one was not so perfect. The second tray was not leveled and it rocked. I immediately contacted Zazzle customer service and reached Dean. After conveying my concerns, Dean explained what procedures I needed to take. Within two minutes or so, I received an email with a positive solution. In short, the item was reproduced and mailed timely. The trays were just as described. They were of good quality. The glossy finish was fabulous!

The quality is outstanding. The printing does not appear to be on the surface so expect it to last a long time. I really appreciate being able to customize and add photos. My wife was very pleased to receive this. Image quality was far better than I expected. Very clean and the image is bright.
