I purchased this item because it appeared to be burlap in appearance or a similar “rustic” fabric. I received it 2 weeks after I ordered it and it is a very smooth cotton with a burlap design printed on it. It’s fine (I guess), as I bought it when it was discounted. This pillow is regularly $50. Had I paid full price for this, I’d be quite angry. The printing is fine.
