They more than met my expectations! They loved them! The bags are included in the order and you choose the colors you want. I chose the main colors of their college alma maters. The amazing thing about this was that they were delivered in 8 days from the day I ordered them! Couldn't believe they were personalized and shipped in that short a time. Got here quicker than expected, ordering was very easy and no issues. It turned out beautiful, a little lighter than the picture but that's fine. Thick wood, together the whole package was about 60 pounds so heavy duty. Can't wait to see how it holds up.
