If you need the same direction arrow on both sides, you can click on "Customize it", highlight the direction arrow you want to keep, choose the "edit" drop down menu and click on "copy". Then move to the other side of the sign, and select "edit" "paste". You'll then see the original arrow and the new one pointing in the other direction. Remove the arrow you DON'T want and you should then have either right or left facing arrows on both sides.
