Saguaro Cactus Snow Capped Mountains Arizona USA Canvas Print

This canvas print features a photo of a magnificent view of snow covered mountains with a contrasting scene of a saguaro cactus forest in the Sonoran Desert in the foreground with a famous quote by Chinese philosopher Lao-Tzu that reads, "The Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." This was photographed in the Superstition Wilderness from the Massacre Grounds Trail just outside of the Lost Dutchman State Park in Apache Junction, Arizona. The mountain is Four Peaks, and many views of it can be seen while driving along the Apache Trail, historic highway 87. Much of this road is dirt beyond the tiny town of Tortilla Flat and winds through very scenic canyons with views of mountains and cliffs in all direction. Beautiful Canyon Lake and Apache Lake are both on this route. The road ends at Theodore Roosevelt Lake at the dam and bridge. It's a drive that you will not soon forget!
