This 24" x 24" stretched canvas print features an original photo by Karen Coffelt of a Saguaro Cactus standing in shadow amidst a sea of yellow brittlebush wildflowers blooming in the springtime in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona. This is a view from the Treasure Loop Trail in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains just outside of the Lost Dutchman State Park in Apache Junction, Arizona. The Superstition Mountains are purported to have a fortune in gold hidden somewhere in this vast wilderness by "the Dutchman", German prospector Jacob Waltz, who died taking the location of his hidden gold with him. Very impressive product! The canvas is sturdily made. It features a saw tooth hanger on the back, making it easy to "try out" the canvas in several rooms until I found the best location. It attracts good comments from my friends. I love it! The printing is wonderful! Colors are as bright and crisp as they appeared on the website.
