This product is wonderful. The quality of the mug is top-notch with a beautiful clear, crisp image. This is going to be perfect to add in our holiday swag bag. The printing came out perfectly. Originally there was a small defect in the printing with pixilation & it was a little grainy. I reach out to the supplier & they quickly provided accommodations that exceeded my expectations with the quickest turn around time I have worked it.
