Ancient Samoan tapas are the inspiration for these primitive tapa designs used in the Polynesian & Hawaiian cultures. These types of designs were often printed on aloha shirts & pareaus for traditional hula dancers. There are three different pattern - colorways. Each case has different tapa designs applied to a unique wood; bamboo, diamonds, flowers, honu turtles and masks are just some of the elements used. These designs come in several colorways.
