Sanada's Six Coins T-Shirt
The Sanada Roku Mon Sen or Zenimon is a family crest. It is referred to as "Sanada Zen" in Hei-mon Kakan, Mon-ten, and Kadomon Dai-zukan; "Sanada Roku Mon Zen" in Mon no Kokorozashi, Mon no Izumi, and Nihon no Monsho; "Shinano Sanada Roku Mon Renzen" in Sadamon no Kenkyu; and "Roku Renzen" in Kadomon no Jiten. Mumon-sen refers to coins with only a square hole, like this design. Mumon-sen is particularly famous for the Sanada clan (Matsushiro Domain in Shinano Province), and its meaning is related to the six Buddhist realms. The six realms are hell, hungry spirits, animals, asura, humans, and heaven, and in each realm, there is a Jizo Bodhisattva who can guide beings to enlightenment. My overall review is that the T-shirt is nice, it fits true to size however the font is significantly smaller than advertised and you can't read it. The printing is unreadable and there is a strain to read it. It does not look like the advertised product. Maybe the shirt color is darker or a larger more visible font should have been used. Photos with and without flash and font is barely legible.

I love wearing a reprint of my colored pencil drawing of Annie the cat looking over the hillside. My illustration is based on a picture I took of Annie the manx cat. The printing turned out lovely, and the shirt is soft and thick. The American Apparel shirt run on the smaller size, so I always order a large or extra large.
