On one side of this mug are images of a Stapler and a Paper Clip with Santa hats, mistletoe hanging from above, and the paper clip eating a Christmas tree cookie: The words "Be Jolly" are printed underneath in red. On the reverse side the words, "Then get back to work. -the Boss" are printed with a little red ornament below. I'm very pleased with the quality of this mug. The printing was sharp, colorful and looked just as it did online. The glaze is glossy inside and out and very beautiful. I only gave it a four start because of image placement. It looked just like online picture color-wise. I was surprised how well it represented original image. I did notice that the ship wheels sorta went on a minor slant downward as they went around mug instead of keeping on the horizontal line as in picture. And the wheels weren't centered vertically. But it was trivial and didn't bother me. It may have bothered a pickier person however.
