Santa's 1st Polar Airlift Sqdn - Subdued Leggings
The night operations, arctic/polar blue, subdued camouflage version unit patch of the mythical 1st Polar Airlift Squadron, to which are assigned Santa's eight reindeer: Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen.
A reindeer (caribou) appears within a blue ring. Text reading, "1ST POLAR AIRLIFT SQUADRON" and the squadron motto, "UNA NOCTA TOTIUS MUNDI" (Latin: The entire world in one night) appears on the ring. Text reading, "Santa's Own" appears below the Reindeer. German text reading "Fröhliche Weihnachten" also appears.
The First Polar Airlift Squadron (1st PAS) has a long and storied history. Based at the North Pole, the 1st PAS is best known for providing airlift for Santa Claus during his annual, global, nocturnal delivery using venerable, reliable air-mobile Reindeer (aka Caribou - Rangifer tarandus) generally deployed in teams of eight. For operations during inclement weather the squadron maintains one Reindeer equipped with a "RUDOLPH" enhanced red navigation lighting system.
For heavylift missions at other times of the year the 1st PAS also maintains a fleet of air-mobile Moose (Alces alces).

The dainty interlinked rosette design at the waist is truly unique. The poly-spandex makes for a nice fit and available in sizes 0-16. The printing is vibrant and eye-catching.

Best leggings I've ever owned. At 6', I've never had leggings that reached beyond mid-calf but these go all the way past the ankle. I'm approx. 150# so ordered them in L but they wrinkle in the thighs which tells me they are a bit too big so next pair I will order an M instead. The fabric feels very high-quality- it's thick but still stretchy and comfy and has a very sleek & smooth look/feel to it. The printing is fantastic. The colors are amazingly vibrant, just as seen on screen when ordering. Be prepared to stand out in the crowd wearing these leggings; I get comments where ever I go when wearing them.
