Very easy to customize. If I could have seen a printed copy of our postcard before ordering it, I would have tweaked a couple design elements. The white box behind the caption kind of looks funny in the printed postcard in a way it didn't on the computer screen. But our design elements were all carried out exactly as we specified them, and the postcards do look great overall.
