I am very satisfied with the cards and the help given to customize the card.
However, it should not take 6 days for the cards to arrive from San Mateo to Santa Cruz. Somehow your shipping method is very inefficient even though I paid for the slowest shipping. Considering the distance, even a bike messenger would get here sooner.
The paper is a bit too glossy; it's not a semi-glossy. Fine, but I would have loved to be advised by the customer service of different fonts that can be used.
Printing is good.

It shipped earlier than I thought thank you! I love how they came out, looks so much better in person! The colors came out perfect. I did not get HD but it still came out beautiful! Pictures of the roses came out nice and colors looked exactly like the order, thank you!
