A shirt for those who think great apes are great - particularly if you love the red headed "people of the forest." The name orangutan is derived from two words: "orang" = people and "hutan" = forest. Orangutans are gentle, intelligent creatures that live in the rain forest canopy.
The artist is an active member of OFI and an occasional guest editor for the official Orangutan Foundation International (OFI) blog. She donates 100% of her profits from the sale of this item to support the OFI rescue, rehabilitate, and release program as well as OFI's reforestation program, planting indigenous trees in previously destroyed areas of the rain forest.
