Eugène Alain Séguy was a French entomologist who specialized in Diptera. He held a chair of entomology at the Museum National d’Histoire Naturelle in Paris from 1956 -1960.
Seguy was active predominantly in Paris between 1900 until the early 30s. From the turn of the 20th century through the 1920s, the Art Deco French designer and author created a wondrous collection of colorful illustrations inspired by the natural world. His work was originally designed for textiles and wallpaper.

This is one of the most comfortable throw pillows I have ever had. It is so incredibly soft. Everyone in the family fights over who gets to use it, even the dog. Most of the other pillows end up on the floor when she gets on the couch but not this one. She loves it too! The photos turned out great on this pillow. I'd definitely purchase another one.
