I am writing two separate reviews - one with 2 stars and one with 5 stars, because both are well deserved.
2-star: I had placed three identical gift orders, and multiple times the product arrived slow/late, and upon receipt we found that it was broken/damaged in transit.
5-star: As long as we were okay with continuing long overall delay, they replaced each damaged shipment with a new unit. I am writing two separate reviews - one with 2 stars and one with 5 stars, because both are well deserved. The printing was nice - except when it was not. We had placed three gift orders and two were fine but one was faded. They replaced the faded one with new better unit, except that it created a longer wait.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift to my boss that just rescued such a sweet puppy! The gift arrived almost a week earlier than expected. 10/10 would recommend! The print could’ve came out a little better, but I’m happy with it.
