I wanted to do a piece that was incredibly expressive and highly detailed as well. I haven't done a highly-detailed piece for a while, so this was really fun and interesting to do. The main cop-out was that all the colors and, yes, splatters are all Photoshop. The main inspiration there was Ralph Steadman.
I love drawing serpents and snakes, and when I started it I didn't plan on it being one but it did in the end.

Sadly my dad passed away before he had the chance to have this delivered. We worked hard together making this design and it was really sad to receive this after he died. I have the shirt folded up near me though.
