Shipwreck Survivors on a Raft Jigsaw Puzzle
16” x 20” jigsaw puzzle with an image of an artwork by Charles Kannemans created in 1849. In this image, the ship on the left is going down while survivors on a raft are scrambling toward the rocky shore. Atop the rocks on the right there are a few survivors with a red flag. A pure blue sky is glimpsed through the gray and orange undulating clouds which are contrasted with the white foam of the waves.
