Absolutely terrible. Would never use again. Ordered 1 order for mother’s funeral. Paid for expedited shipping $22. Shipping stated in or before 11/14 for funeral on 11/15.
I reached out 3 times to zazzle to let them know th criticality of this being on time. All 3 said they were “prioritizing the order”. I’ll be receiving on 11/17. 2 days after the funeral.
No responses from zazzle.
Took 3 days to print 100 2x3 papers. Something I can print at home in 5 minutes.
My fault for trusting zazzle. .
