The product arrived in just a few days after placing my order. It came in a sturdy box and was well protected. It is wonderful. I would recommend it to others. Although it says "NO TEXT" , which is confusing, it does have text! I purchased this cup for my mom, who lives in a memory care unit. Sometimes, things seem to get lost, but not with this cup!! She loves pansies and this will bring a smile to her face each and every time she uses it. Although it does say, "NO TEXT", which is confusing, it does have text. Both her name and the pansies are crystal clear and perfect in every way. Love the personalized idea!
