I purchased this shirt deliberately several sizes too big so I could wear it as a loose nightshirt, so although I can't really comment on whether it is true-to-size (seems to be though), I can say that the quality is excellent. The material isn't thin or cheap feeling, and it's very soft and comfortable (ideal for a nightshirt!). No shrinkage after washing that I could detect. Beautiful! Very crisp, great contrast and detail.
