My husband created this piece using ink pens. It perfectly embodies the sense of being one place and wishing we were somewhere else. The skull features cross-hatching details long the gumlines and temples for impressive intricacy and, well... it's also sawed off. Popping up out of the sawed-off skull are a lighthouse, a rocky cliff, a palm tree, and what appears to be a little surf shack or boathouse. INCREDIBLE! Despite being six feet under, this skull's still in the sunshine... at least, in his mind.
