Whether or not you're a fan of Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series (or the television series based on her books), you've got to just love the Scottish toast featured in Season 1, Episode 15. The leader of The Watch, in visiting Lallybroch, toasts at dinner and says, "Here’s to a long life, and a merry one; a quick death, and an easy one; a pretty girl, and an honest one; a stiff whiskey, and another one." Even if we hate McGibberish (the leader), his words are really something! I added them to this fun design, which also features the well-known Gaelic toast, "Slainte Mhath!" or "Good health!" (It's pronounced slan-ge-var.) I finished off the design with a little Celtic knot and distressed the image for visual interest. So cute!

My 11 yo wore adult XL (5’7” 165#). The 8yo is small framed. She wore adult small and tied it in the back. Dark haired male wore adult large and 5’9”, 110# female wore adult medium . Good quality dark Heather gray, Gildan brand shirt. -it was next up from basic choice and cost about $20 per shirt. Not too thick or thin. Washed and dried well, no major shrinkage. Not see-through. Can wear a bra under it fine. Screen print is just as shown and well done, front and back.
