Smalltooth Catfish Two-Tone Coffee Mug

It is a member of the Sea catfishes family and is native to the Purari, Fly-Strickland and Digul river systems in central-southern New Guinea and Roper River system in the Northern Territory, Australia. It inhabits slow-flowing, often turbid rivers and coastal waters. Also occurs in slow-moving freshwater streams, favors turbid coastal shallows and brackish estuaries. It feeds on gastropod and bivalve mollusks, which it swallows hole. It can reach a maximum length of 48 cm (about 19 inches).
