Nice high-quality bag. It was actually a little bigger than I thought it would be. It fits nicely over my girlfriend's shoulder but if she carries it in her hand it needs too be lifted up so as not to impact the ground while ascending stairs. Also, the color blue is not as bright as the picture on the site makes it out to be. Great design. It is super-cute and looks just like my Girlfriend's cat "Lily". Being able to customize it with the cat's name was very helpful in making this gift distinctive.

The monogram and flowers were beautiful and the bag itself was good sized and strong. She was thrilled with the tote bag! I would definitely recommend this item.
