Great Quality product, very happy with my purchase. Made very well. The colors turned out perfect and the picture is so crisp and clear. Very happy with my purchase.

This is the first time that I ordered from Zazzle. I spent quite a bit of money for 4 Christmas ornaments for my 4 children. This ornament came with scratches all over it, and it looked like it was a used product. Zazzle said that I would have to take pictures of the ornament and e-mail it to them in order to get any refund. If I did not complain about the other 3 ornaments, obviously, the complaint is legitimate. As the mother of four, I struggle to get evrything done as it is. I am very surprised by Zazzle's poor customer relations. They sent me an inferior product; yet, they gave me the work to do to rectify the situation. Instead, they should have tried to fix the problem themselves and make the customer happy. I am very disappointed. I will not use Zazzle again. If they had tried to fix the situation, I would have felt differently. In the future, I suggest that Zazzle works on customer satisfaction. Scratches interfered with the design, writing, and picture. I was not happy with the product.

All the picture ornaments turned out well. There was a learning curve for me oh HOW to get the pictures just right. The colors turned out really well. Just a learning curve to get the photos placed just right.
