The board has a crease in it. The packaging is in perfect condition so not sure how it happened. I reached out to the seller but nonreply 36 hours later. No time to receive replacement. Would like a partial refund. Not happy that I spent >$70 and am not 100% happy. Image is perfect though. .

Overall the sign turned out beautiful. However, grid lines were printed on the final product. They were only printed in select areas so would think this would get noticed in quality check before shipping. Bummer since it was for an event and wasn’t inexpensive. .
