Something very different for the table towel

This original quirky still life picture on this quality blue kitchen towel was painted in soft pastel, the bright shades and hues that can be found in soft pastel really bring out the amazing colours of this delicious serving of mixed vegetables. I came to produce this painting of red and green peppers, carrots, courgettes and other vegetables on a chopping board as a tongue in cheek alternative to the typical still life painting of a bowl of fruit which I was asked to paint as part of an art course I was working on, I named the painting “Not A Bowl Of Fruit.” This great kitchen towel looks very impressive with it’s own original piece of still life art. It makes a unique gift for someone special or perhaps you just want to treat yourself to an unusual and quirky cutting board.
