This was the first time I had ever had issues with a Zazzle product. The description say is runs small so I ordered bigger than I needed. Needless to say, I'm fairly sure the product runs BIGGER. They were great at getting me a smaller size which still fits big but much better than the first. The Hoodie is so comfortable I wear it all the time & probably will long after I'm married.
