Although it technically is an emblem rather than a coat of arms, since it does not follow heraldic rules, in Russian it is called "герб" (transliteration: gerb), the word used for a traditional coat of arms.

As for shipping:
Yes it arrived late, but it was during Christmas so I totally understand. It said it would be delievered by the 24th of December, but instead it arrived the 27th. But its great quality and pricing, so I couldnt be mad. :). Perfect!
