St. Elizabeth Ann Seton was the first American-born saint born to wealthy parents in New York City in 1774. She married and had five children before her husband died. After a trip to Italy, she famously converted to Catholicism and went on to found the Sisters of Charity of St. Joseph. She lived most of her life in Emmitsburg and is widely credited as the founder of the Catholic parochial school system. She was canonized in 1975.

This is one of the most comfortable throw pillows I have ever had. It is so incredibly soft. Everyone in the family fights over who gets to use it, even the dog. Most of the other pillows end up on the floor when she gets on the couch but not this one. She loves it too! The photos turned out great on this pillow. I'd definitely purchase another one.
