True fact: back in the day, Washington’s birthday, February 22, was a national holiday (that would get you out of school for the day). In that same month was Lincoln’s birthday, February 12, was another national holiday, and another day out of school. There were different decorations one would put out for each holiday. The practice was ended in 1971 with the establishment of Presidents Day. (Considering how lousy so many of our presidents are, I don’t think they deserve a holiday. But that’s just me.) Moving on, what we have here is a beautiful image of George Washington at Valley Forge, an image that looks great on all kinds of EVERYTHING! Note that the image appears on both sides of the pillow, which is nice. Wanna see more old? Fabric is very nice and of good quality. I like that there are many colors to choose from and you can have a different color on the back side if you choose.The pillow was to be 16" x 16" but ran a bit small. (14.5") Still happy just recommend you get a larger size . Design came out great. Colors were vivid and the overall quality is quite nice. Will definately order again. Highly recommend because it not only shipped super fast but overall I love the results!
