Starfish Beach Wedding Welcome Tote Bag

I was fortunate to purchase 26 of these bags for guests at a destination wedding. My cost was 50% off regular price. These arrived in a timely manner, and the bride-to-be was elated and impressed by this mother-in-law-to-be's thoughtfulness. A win-win for us all! The quality is very nice, and I cannot wait to give them to the ladies in our wedding group! The printing is perfect, and the colors are vivid.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.
