Starfish Flower Girl Beach Wedding Tote Bag

LOved that I could pick a design and edit it my way. I am using these tote bags for guest bags at my wedding in the OUter Banks. I loved the quality and how fast they arrived. They shipped the wrong amount and sent me an extra one out immediately. Good Customer service. GREAT!!! looks just like the picture.

The product is perfect; it totally goes with the theme of my wedding and is going to be perfect as a gift bag to my bridesmaids! The printing and colors turned out perfectly--exactly as was shown online.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.
