A couple messages in here: 1) A person is a person, with ideas and feelings and the same human rights and need for respect, however they were created. Just like the rainbow here doesn't lose value in it's differentness, so too, a person. 2) People with autism tend to find alternative ways to meet needs and wants, than do "neurotypical" people - in this case, making a rainbow out of puzzle pieces, but making it differently. I have a friend with autism. People blindly miss that he understands them, that he has opinions, that he gets jokes. They miss the fact that he cares about his friends and family.
