PLEASE BE AWARE! The book is not a dusty blue or any blue color at all. It is a lilac/purple book. Although customer service was kind about issue it is too close to my wedding to do anything about it now. I would recommend this book if your color is light purple but please do not buy it if you are looking for a guest book in any shade of blue.

I ordered 8 puzzles and when they finally came they were perfect and boxed so nicely. The first group came timely. Then I had to reorder the last ones three times. The problem is there is not a person to speak with when something happens with your order. It’s all chat with Ai and then if you want a real person you online chat with them. Its it an imperfect system and until the last of the puzzles several weeks late, I wasn’t sure they would. Poor communication ,

I would never order anything again. I ordered the book for my husbands 60 birthday paid for extra shipping so it would arrive on time it never came until 5 days after it was supposed to be delivered.

I had one job and that was to get the guest book for my godson's bar mitzvah. Of course, I waited until last minute and had looked at this book multiple times. Designed it and the estimated arrival was after I needed. Ordered anyway and worked with Zazzle to get it before. So not only did the book come out fabulous! Easy to design and insert pic for the cover. It was beautifully crafted, and it came early. Thank you to all that helped me!! Everyone loved it!

Several damaged notebooks arrived 2 days after I paid extra to rush them. All on front printed cover. Very poorly protected in shipping. Buyer beware. Need refund please.

I am ordering for a church and these gifts are to honor our church members who have lost family members. Everyone loves these gifts! My only ask is are these available in slightly bigger sizes? Like 8x14? I would love to purchase a bigger size.

My guest love our wedding book.

This is not what I ordered. I wanted an attached easel back (just like the other ones I have ordered in the past). This is detached and can not stand up. The color of the image is also way darker & muddled from the photo I sent in. They look so much cheaper than previous purchases. I want a full refund immediately. I paid over $110 for 5 & did not get what was expected.

The item came out beautifully, but the easel part does not fit and can’t be used so I will need to buy a wooden easel for this to sit in.

So frustrated because I messaged the seller and asked for the photo to be more zoomed in. I wasn’t able to do it on the site and feared it would be delivered like this. Unfortunately, the seller still sent it out of frame. It’s too late to order another for my event.

The quality of the puzzle is not good. The pieces do not fit together well. We are avid puzzlers so would not order one again. We did not even finish the puzzle.

I ordered 4 of these and they are horrible. The photo of the product is deceiving. I expected the stand to be attached to the frame but instead it was separate and needed to be attached. When I tried to attach it, it did not fit in an of the holes on the back of the frame. Worst of all, there are no instructions.
