The item arrived late for an event despite my repeated requests for priority and paying for overnight delivery. I'm disappointed with the service, and to make matters worse, they're making it difficult for me to get a refund.

I was disappointed by the finished size of the actual stamp surface. I don't remember seeing a "this is what your finished stamp will look like" - Ultimately it was my fault...so now I will try again.

Not only did I pay for express shipping and still received the item LATE, but the color looks nothing like what I ordered! I am so disappointed with this experience, I wouldn’t buy anything from here again. I reached out to Zazzle asking for a refund on shipping (my order was still being created on the day it was supposed to arrive) and I did not receive a response. What a terrible experience.

Do not recommend. This is about the poorest quality stamp that I have ever seen. Still waiting to see if they will return or replace.

Fast shipping but completely disappointed in product itself. The stamp is cheaply made and the ink does not give a smooth professional appearance. Totally disappointed. I ended up throwing in the garbage and chalking it up to a loss. Not worth the time, effort, and cost to return it.

The quality and design are AMAZING. I highly recommend this product.

This is the second time ordering this product and it was made with the same spelling error twice. The first time I was only sent a refund of the product cost and not shipping so I was going to be charged an additional $11 for the second item to be shipped. I was ok the phone for a half hour prior to the second order to get a code to cover the additional $11. I messaged the owner of the design to confirm it would be made correctly and it wasn’t. All in I’ve waited 3 weeks for the correct product just for it to be wrong and have waited for this product to get my save the dates sent out.

I returned this NOTARY Stamp item because Wrong YEAR, not match other as follows: July 25, 2026, NOT Year 2024 Please correct & Thank You ! When will it be returned w/correction Year 2026 ??

Product came out great, but I paid extra for express shipping and my order was delivered 1 week late, even though I PAID $25 EXTRA. Very upsetting.

Love the font. Bought several times from this maker and overall very happy. But letters were so close to the base of the stamp that it was impossible to stamp without getting a line above the letters.

It is a very nice paperweight but it is no where as bright and glittery as the photos show. The glitter is not shiny but flat. A little disappointed.

I am so upset with this. I needed this stamp for my business. While making it, it kept telling me it needed to be smaller. But this is every upsetting. There is so much space on this stamp for the actual stamp to have been bigger. There is a line in the design of my logo you can hardly see the words or my website on the bottom. This is the first product that I have received from zazzle this way, I was definitely expecting better quality.

I was a bit disappointed, it was a little uneven and messy. Although, it could have been my design or the file I shared. If it was, I wish someone would have reached out to ask me for a better quality file.
