The product is great, a great size and well made. The only issue is that it was a little scruffed up on the shade, probably from moving around the box during shipping. I think putting a little bit of foam around the shade would alleviate the issue. It’s not too noticeable though, so I’m not sending it back.

I purchased the tripod lamp. The quality is way bettet than I expected. Because of the reasonable cost for a custom item I guess I would have been content with a flimsy shade that showcased my image- I was expecting it to be kind of "novelty" I guess. But this very sturdy. The shade is a durable, thick material and the legs are sturdy and balanced and with a tiny bit of adjusting (bending one of the legs evet so slightly) the shade sits perfectly straight. The material of the shade is absolutely perfect to let the light shine through and light up my image

It turned out amazing! The colors turned out excellent- just like the image I submitted. The process was so easy and the image is lined up perfectly. The preview image was spot on to the actual product.

It's beautiful but with the descriptions, It's hard to see what kind of fitting it comes with. Take note this comes with an UNO Lamp Fitter. Unfortunately I found out I have an old antique lamp base that has a permanent spider fitter attached to it. I tried figuring out if the spider fitting can be unscrewed or taken off... nope, that thing is welded in place. Too bad... the shade was beautiful. But no worries. Zazzle is true to their word with the 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Got my refund right away. I'll use it to buy more Zazzle products.
